PROGRAM PHILOSPHY & GOALS:

Providence Bible Day Center’s early learning strategy is built on 6 significant skillsets crucial to a child’s development. We coordinate themed daily and weekly activities that promote growth in each of the following areas:

  • Communication Skills

  • Motor Skills

  • Social Skills

  • Early Learning

  • Imagination Skills

  • Self-Regulating Skills

OUR PROGRAM INTEGRATES THE PHILOSOPHY THAT:

  • Children should be taught to treat others the way they want to be treated.

  • Children are precious and must receive care and instruction from adults who are proficient, attentive, caring and whose values enable them to be an outstanding role model.

  • A child's play and exposure to early learning is extremely vital to healthy physical development, acceptable social skills and cognitive growth.

  • Children should experience numerous positive learning milestones, leading to an increased sense of self awareness, ability and independence.

  • Teachers must create an appropriate educational environment which carefully guides children from one developmental level to another, using their own unique talents and strengths.

  • Parents contribute to, and play an important role in enhancing the quality of care offered at Providence Bible Day Center.

All children are unique in their own way in both talents and age skillsets
